Q: WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

A: We offer shipping to selected countries within Europe and North America.
We currently ship from Italy.

Q: HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link.

Q: WHAT COURIER COMPANIES DO YOU USE?

A: We use DHL Go Green program, UPS Green program, DHL Parcel Connect and Poste Italiane.

Q: CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed. You can choose to not receive the shipment, which will then be returned to us, or you may return this to us once received.

Q: DO I NEED TO PAY TAX AND DUTY ON MY ORDER?

A: All orders within the USA, UK, European Union and Switzerland are shipped with Tax and Duty included.
Sales Tax and VAT are determined based on the buyer's shipping address rather than their billing address. These taxes apply to all purchases of taxable items in applicable jurisdictions, even if the transaction occurs at a later date.

A: At Ecomarket, we prioritize sustainability in our packaging. All orders are sent in recycled boxes, sealed with water-activated tape that requires no glue. Our packaging materials are fully recycled and compostable, and we use soy-based inks. Additionally, our packaging is FSC certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, ensuring responsible forest management.
