Once accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues & Non-Returnable Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate and rectify the issue. Certain items cannot be returned: custom products, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges, EU 15-Day Cooling Off Period & Refunds
To get a different item, return the original and place a new order after the return is accepted.
For EU shipments, you can cancel or return your order within 15 days for any reason, with items in the same condition as received. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at return@ecomarket.com.
