Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note on Inspection/Use
Under normal circumstances, you may inspect the item the same way you would in a physical store (e.g., briefly trying on clothing to check fit). Any excessive wear, use, or damage beyond normal inspection may result in a reduced or rejected refund.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please fill out our online return request form Here.
Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please allow up to 1 business day to receive your label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Ecomarket covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns made within 15 days of delivery, as part of our commitment to hassle-free and sustainable shopping.
If, however, upon inspection we find that the returned item was used, worn, or damaged contrary to our return guidelines, the shipping cost may be deducted from your refund or the return may be rejected.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.
  • Gift Cards
  • Socks & Intimate Clothing: Due to their intimate nature and hygienic standards, we cannot process returns or exchanges of socks or other intimate clothing. Please ensure you ask all questions before placing your order.
  • Books: To be eligible for return, books must be unread and show no signs of having been read, such as creased spines, bent pages, or other visible wear.
  • Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following the steps above) and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

8. European Union 15-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 15 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging—and you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

9. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you can choose either:

  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • Store credit with a 5% bonus toward your next purchase.

If refunded to your original payment method, it will be issued within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
