Shipping Costs

Within the EU

  • Shipping is capped at €6.90, no matter how many items or brands are in your order.
  • Free shipping when your cart total reaches:
    • €150 for all customers
    • €130 for newsletter subscribers
  • If your cart meets the free-shipping threshold after discounts, the fee is removed automatically at checkout.
  • Free-shipping thresholds apply only to EU addresses.

Single-Brand Orders (EU)

  • For single-brand orders below the free-shipping threshold, that brand’s flat rate applies (usually €6.90). The exact rate is shown at checkout.

Multi-Brand Orders (EU)

  • For multi-brand orders we combine fees and apply a maximum total of €6.90. Even if items ship separately, you’ll never pay more than this amount.

United States (USA) — Customer-Facing Rules

  • U.S. brands only: $6.90 total per order.
    • If a brand offers free U.S. shipping, the order ships free.
  • Any EU brand in the cart (EU-only or mixed): $14.90 total per order — duties included (DDP).
  • Mixed U.S. + EU cart: $14.90 total per order — duties included (DDP).
  • No free-shipping thresholds for U.S. orders.
  • One order = one price (no per-brand stacking at checkout).

Sustainable Shipping

  • All parcels ship with tracked, reliable carriers (e.g. GLS, DHL, UPS).
  • We encourage minimal, recyclable or reused packaging.
  • Each item ships directly from the brand to minimise transport and emissions.
